NSUG Members Meeting
1.30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m..
NSUG Committe Room, Dudson Centre, Hanley
Lesley Whittaker from the Early Intervention in
Psychosis Team. Lesley works with people aged 14 to 35 who are having their first experience of psychosis. This meeting is your chance to find out what psychosis is, as well as learning more about this service, and asking Lesley any questions you may
have. ALL Members welcome. Travel expenses will be reimbursed to all NSUG members. If you are not a member, but would like to come to the meeting, you can join on the day.
Thursday 11th March
NSUG: Structure & Policies Training
10.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m..
An outline of how the NSUG is organised & the polices that guide the work of staff & volunteers. All expenses will be repaid. This is an essential part of training to be an NSUG volunteer.

User Representative Training

NSUG Committee Room.
Training for volunteers who wish to become volunteer user representatives. Looks at interacting with service users so that we can find out how they are experiencing services and follow up any complaints that they may have. All expenses paid to volunteers who attend.
Friday 19th March

Free Dementia Conference
North Staffs Conference Centre.
The day will highlight how people with dementia can retain skills and achieve a high quality of living. This conference is for anyone. Ring Rosanna on 08000 328 728 to find out more.
