Office Volunteers
- tea, coffee and biscuits are provided
- travel expenses are paid
- lunch allowance is given
- Office Volunteers can work in a small group or alone
- All Office Volunteering is carried out in our Committee Room or main office at the Dudson Centre in Hanley
- Office Volunteers need to be able to work neatly with their hands
- No formal training is required
Job Descriptions
Labelling - Placing name and address labels on envelopes ready for mailing.
Mailing - Mailing is helping to stuff envelopes with various items of information ready to be posted out to our membership.
Photocopying - Using a photocopier to produce copies of NSUG leaflets and booklets and our quarterly magazine the VOICE.
"Voice" production - "VOICE" Production usually occurs four times a year and the Office Volunteers helping would be involved in collating, folding and stapling of the VOICE pages. This is a group activity, working alongside other Office Volunteers.
